The Land Rover Series III
109-inch is one of Britain's most enduring utility vehicles, celebrated for its
rugged capability, simple engineering and timeless appeal. Equally at home on
the road, at shows or tackling off-road terrain, these long-wheelbase models
remain highly sought after.
First registered in November
1982, this Series III 109 is powered by the 2,286cc petrol engine and is
finished in white. Having had eight former keepers, it displays 107,745 miles,
although this cannot be verified.
The Land Rover features three
front seats trimmed in black leatherette and appears to have benefitted from a
recent restoration, presenting well throughout. While only a small history file
accompanies the vehicle, it appears to have been well maintained during its
lifetime.
The vendor advises the Land
Rover starts, runs and drives as you would expect and it was demonstrated on
site during photography.
